Ingredients

  • 1.3 lbminced mutton (or lamb mince)
  • 5.3 ozgreen peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 wholeonion, finely diced
  • 2 wholetomatoes, diced
  • 20 ggarlic and ginger paste
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 0.5 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 15 gfresh mint and coriander
  • 1 to tastesalt

Instructions

  1. Heat oil; sautรฉ onions until deep golden. Add garlic-ginger paste; cook 2 min.
  2. Add tomatoes and all dry spices; cook until oil separates.
  3. Add mince; break up and cook until all moisture evaporates, about 10 min.
  4. Add peas; cook 5 min. Adjust seasoning; add garam masala.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint and coriander. Serve with paratha or rice.
