Ingredients
- 8 wholeeggs, hard-boiled and halved
- 2 wholeonions, finely sliced
- 3 wholetomatoes, pureed
- 15 ggarlic and ginger paste
- 1 tspcumin seeds
- 0.5 tspturmeric powder
- 1 tspred chilli powder
- 1 tspcoriander powder
- 0.5 tspgaram masala
- 1 tbspoil
- 10 gfresh coriander, to garnish
- 1 to tastesalt
Instructions
- Heat oil; fry cumin seeds until they crackle. Add onions; cook until deep golden.
- Add garlic-ginger paste; sautรฉ 2 min. Add pureed tomato and all dry spices.
- Cook until oil separates, about 10 min.
- Add 150 ml water; simmer 5 min into a thick gravy.
- Add eggs, spooning gravy over. Simmer 3 min. Garnish with coriander.
