  • 7⅛ ozquark or fromage blanc
  • 5⅓ ozturkey bacon diced
  • 2 wholeonions thinly sliced
  • 2 gnutmeg
  • 3 gsalt and white pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°C with a baking stone or heavy tray.
  2. Roll dough paper-thin; transfer to baking paper.
  3. Mix quark with nutmeg, salt, pepper; spread over dough.
  4. Scatter onions and turkey bacon.
  5. Bake 10–12 min until edges char.
