- 600 g chicken wings or small pieces
- 5 piece garlic cloves
- 40 ml lime juice
- 8 g salt
- 4 g black pepper
- 5 g paprika
- 5 g dried oregano
- 60 g all-purpose flour
- 500 ml vegetable oil (for frying)
- 15 g parsley
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in garlic, lime juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano for at least 1 hour.
- Drain chicken and lightly coat in flour.
- Heat oil to 180°C. Fry chicken pieces in batches for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lime wedges and hot sauce.
