Ingredients
- 1.1 lbchicken breast
- 2.8 ozlow-fat cream cheese (Catupiry light)
- 1 tspgarlic powder
- 1 tspdried oregano
- 1 tsppaprika
- 10 gfresh chives, chopped
- 2 tspolive oil
- 1 to tastesalt and pepper
Instructions
- Butterfly chicken breasts. Mix cream cheese with chives, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each breast with cream cheese mixture; secure with toothpicks.
- Rub outside with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt.
- Bake at 190ยฐC for 22โ25 min until internal temperature reaches 74ยฐC.
- Rest 5 min before serving.
