- cassava flour (farofa)
- turkey bacon
- linguiça sausage
- eggs
- onion
- garlic cloves
- kale
- salt
- olive oil
Ingredients
- 300 g pinto beans (cooked)
- 80 g cassava flour (farofa)
- 100 g turkey bacon
- 100 g linguiça sausage
- 2 piece eggs
- 1 medium onion
- 2 piece garlic cloves
- 50 g kale
- 4 g salt
- 15 ml olive oil
Instructions
- Fry bacon and sausage in olive oil until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until golden.
- Add beans and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add cassava flour and toast, mixing constantly.
- Add kale and stir until wilted. Make two wells and crack in eggs.
- Fold in bacon and sausage. Season and serve immediately.
