  • garlic cloves
  • white vinegar
  • olive oil
  • dried oregano
  • paprika
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley

  • 5 piece garlic cloves
  • 30 ml white vinegar
  • 20 ml olive oil
  • 5 g dried oregano
  • 5 g paprika
  • 8 g salt
  • 4 g black pepper
  • 15 g parsley

Instructions

  1. Blend garlic, vinegar, olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper into a paste.
  2. Score beef and rub marinade all over. Let sit 30 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Grill on high heat for 5-6 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. Rest 8 minutes, slice thin, and garnish with fresh parsley.
