- carrot
- celery stalks
- potato
- onion
- garlic cloves
- vermicelli noodles
- bay leaves
- salt
- parsley

Ingredients
- 600 g chicken (whole or pieces)
- 2 medium carrot
- 2 piece celery stalks
- 2 medium potato
- 1 large onion
- 4 piece garlic cloves
- 80 g vermicelli noodles
- 2 piece bay leaves
- 6 g salt
- 20 g parsley
- 10 ml olive oil
Instructions
- Place chicken in a large pot with onion, garlic, bay leaves, and 2 liters of water.
- Bring to boil and skim foam. Reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes.
- Remove chicken, shred meat, discard bones and skin.
- Add carrot, potato, and celery to the broth. Cook 15 minutes.
- Add shredded chicken and noodles. Cook 5 more minutes. Season and garnish with parsley.
