  • potato (mashed)
  • eggs
  • onion (grated)
  • garlic cloves
  • parsley
  • black pepper
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • salt

  • 300 g salted cod (desalted and flaked)
  • 300 g potato (mashed)
  • 2 piece eggs
  • 50 g onion (grated)
  • 2 piece garlic cloves
  • 20 g parsley
  • 3 g black pepper
  • 500 ml vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 3 g salt

Instructions

  1. Soak salted cod in cold water 24-48 hours, changing water every 8 hours.
  2. Boil cod and potatoes separately. Drain, mash potatoes, and flake cod.
  3. Combine cod, mashed potato, eggs, grated onion, garlic, parsley, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Shape into oval croquettes with two wet spoons.
  5. Fry in hot oil at 180°C until golden, about 4 minutes per side. Drain and serve.
