Ingredients
- 2 lbssalmon fillet (skin-on)
- 2 tbsppure maple syrup
- 2 tbspDijon mustard
- 2 wholegarlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbspsoy sauce
- 1 wholecedar grilling plank, soaked 1 hour
- 2 tbspfresh dill
- 4 wholelemon slices
- 1 to tastesalt and pepper
Instructions
- Mix maple syrup, mustard, garlic, and soy sauce into a glaze.
- Season salmon; brush generously with glaze.
- Place salmon skin-side down on soaked cedar plank.
- Grill covered over medium heat 18โ20 min until salmon flakes.
- Top with dill and lemon slices; serve directly from plank.
