- 0.25 cup BBQ sauce (low-sugar)
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.25 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
- 3 whole green onion, sliced
- 0.5 tsp black pepper and salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Prick sweet potatoes with a fork and bake 45–50 minutes.
- Brown ground turkey in a skillet with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in BBQ sauce and simmer 2 minutes.
- Slice open baked sweet potatoes and fluff the inside.
- Stuff generously with BBQ turkey mixture.
- Top with Greek yogurt and green onion.
