- 8.8 ozself-raising flour
- โ cupmilk
- 14โ ozcanned chickpeas drained
- 1โ oztahini
- 7โ ozzucchini sliced
- 5โ ozcapsicum sliced
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 1 tbsplemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven 200ยฐC. Mix flour and milk into dough; shape into round; bake 35 min.
- Toss veg in oil and salt; roast alongside damper 25 min.
- Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon, salt, 60ml water until smooth.
- Serve damper slices with hummus and roasted veg.
