- 200 g pork mince
- 150 g jasmine rice cooked
- 15 g Thai basil leaves
- 2 whole shallots
- 25 ml lime juice
- 15 ml fish sauce
- 10 g toasted rice powder
- 1 whole red chilli
- 10 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook pork mince in oil over high heat until browned.
- Remove from heat; add lime juice and fish sauce.
- Add sliced shallots, chilli, and Thai basil.
- Stir in toasted rice powder for texture.
- Serve over jasmine rice.
