- 300 g tiger prawns shell-on
- 4 whole garlic cloves
- 40 ml lime juice
- 1 whole red chilli
- 20 ml olive oil
- 2 g sea salt
- 10 g flat-leaf parsley
Instructions
- Butterfly prawns by cutting along the back and removing the vein.
- Mince garlic and chilli; mix with lime juice and olive oil.
- Toss prawns in marinade; rest 15 min.
- Grill on high heat 2 min per side until pink.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
