- 300 g flanken-cut short ribs
- 20 g gochujang paste
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 10 ml sesame oil
- 50 g Asian pear grated
- 3 whole garlic cloves
- 10 g fresh ginger
- 10 g brown sugar
Instructions
- Mix all marinade ingredients thoroughly.
- Coat ribs; marinate minimum 4 hours (overnight preferred).
- Grill on high 3 min per side until sticky and charred.
- Rest 3 min before serving.
- Serve with steamed rice and kimchi.
