  • black beans canned
  • avocado
  • brown rice cooked
  • coriander
  • lime juice
  • cumin
  • chilli sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 whole corn cobs
  • 200 g black beans canned
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 150 g brown rice cooked
  • 15 g coriander
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 2 g cumin
  • 15 ml chilli sauce

Instructions

  1. Grill corn cobs over high heat 10 min turning; cut off kernels.
  2. Drain and warm black beans with cumin.
  3. Dice avocado; toss with lime juice.
  4. Build bowl: rice, beans, corn, avocado.
  5. Top with coriander and chilli sauce.
