- 800 g chicken pieces bone-in
- 2 whole white onion
- 3 whole tomatoes
- 1 whole green capsicum
- 80 g green olives
- 120 ml white wine
- 4 whole garlic cloves
- 30 ml olive oil
- 3 g dried oregano
Instructions
- Brown chicken pieces in oil on high heat; remove.
- Sauté onion and garlic 5 min.
- Add capsicum and tomatoes; cook 5 min.
- Add chicken, wine, and oregano; cover.
- Simmer over low heat 35 min.
- Add olives last 5 min.
- Serve with crusty bread.
