Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken thighs bone-in
- 100 ml yerba mate brewed strong
- 3 g cumin
- 3 whole garlic cloves
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml olive oil
- 3 g sea salt
- 2 g dried oregano
Instructions
- Brew strong mate; cool.
- Mix mate with cumin, crushed garlic, lemon, oil, salt, and oregano.
- Marinate chicken thighs 2+ hours.
- Grill over medium-high heat 8–10 min per side.
- Rest 5 min before serving.
