  • 3 whole eggs
  • 80 g chorizo
  • 200 g canned tomatoes
  • 0.5 whole red capsicum
  • 2 whole garlic cloves
  • 2 g paprika
  • 1 g cumin
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 2 slice crusty bread

Instructions

  1. Slice chorizo; brown in olive oil.
  2. Add garlic, capsicum, paprika, and cumin; stir 2 min.
  3. Add tomatoes; simmer 8 min.
  4. Make 3 wells; crack eggs in.
  5. Cover; cook 5–7 min until whites set.
  6. Serve with crusty bread.
