  • 250 g brown lentils
  • 100 g chorizo sliced
  • 200 g potatoes diced
  • 2 whole carrots diced
  • 1 whole white onion
  • 200 g canned tomatoes
  • 3 g cumin
  • 3 g paprika
  • 1000 ml beef stock

Instructions

  1. Brown chorizo; remove excess fat.
  2. Sauté onion until soft.
  3. Add cumin and paprika; stir 1 min.
  4. Add lentils, potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, and stock.
  5. Simmer 30–35 min until lentils are tender.
  6. Season to taste; serve with crusty bread.
