- 200 g beef mince
- 400 ml tomato passata
- 1 whole white onion
- 3 whole garlic cloves
- 3 g dried oregano
- 15 ml olive oil
- 2 g sea salt
- 20 g Parmesan
Instructions
- Sauté onion and garlic in oil 5 min.
- Add beef; cook 8 min until browned.
- Add passata, oregano, and salt.
- Simmer 20 min until thickened.
- Cook spaghetti al dente; drain.
