  • 300 gcooked tiger prawns
  • 2 wholeripe avocados
  • 0.5 piececucumber
  • 80 gmixed leaves
  • 3 tbsplight mayo
  • 1 tbspketchup
  • 0.5 tspWorcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1paprika

Ingredients

  • 300 g cooked tiger prawns
  • 2 whole ripe avocados
  • 0.5 piece cucumber
  • 80 g mixed leaves
  • 3 tbsp light mayo
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 0.5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • pinch paprika

Instructions

  1. Mix mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire and lemon for Marie Rose dressing.
  2. Halve, stone and slice avocados.
  3. Slice cucumber, arrange leaves on plates with cucumber.
  4. Add prawns and avocado.
  5. Drizzle Marie Rose dressing. Dust with paprika and serve chilled.
