Ingredients
- 200 gfideo (vermicelli) noodles
- 400 gchicken breast
- 350 gtomatoes
- 1 unitchipotle chile in adobo
- 3 clovesgarlic
- 100 gonion
- 1000 mlchicken broth
- 30 mlvegetable oil
- 60 mlMexican cream
- 15 gcilantro
Ingredients
- 200 g fideo (vermicelli) noodles
- 400 g chicken breast
- 350 g tomatoes
- 1 unit chipotle chile in adobo
- 3 cloves garlic
- 100 g onion
- 1000 ml chicken broth
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 60 ml Mexican cream
- 15 g cilantro
Instructions
- Poach and shred chicken.
- Toast dry fideo noodles in oil until golden.
- Blend tomatoes, chipotle, garlic and onion.
- Pour blended sauce over noodles, stir-fry until absorbed.
- Add broth, bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 12 min.
- Add shredded chicken, simmer 3 min.
- Serve with cream, cilantro and lime.
