Ingredients
- 300 gwhite rice
- 400 gpork shoulder diced
- 400 gpinto beans cooked
- 3 wholepasilla chile
- 2 wholetomato
- 100 gfresh cheese (queso fresco)
- 1 wholeonion
Instructions
- Cook rice with salt; set aside.
- Brown pork; add blended chile, tomato, onion sauce; simmer 20 min.
- Add beans; cook 10 min.
- Plate rice; ladle bean-pork sauce over; crumble cheese on top.
