Ingredients

  • 300 gwhite rice
  • 400 gpork shoulder diced
  • 400 gpinto beans cooked
  • 3 wholepasilla chile
  • 2 wholetomato
  • 100 gfresh cheese (queso fresco)
  • 1 wholeonion

Instructions

  1. Cook rice with salt; set aside.
  2. Brown pork; add blended chile, tomato, onion sauce; simmer 20 min.
  3. Add beans; cook 10 min.
  4. Plate rice; ladle bean-pork sauce over; crumble cheese on top.
