Ingredients
- 600 glarge prawns, cleaned and deveined
- 2 wholeonion, finely diced
- 2 wholetomato, diced
- 20 ggarlic and ginger paste
- 1.5 tspred chilli powder
- 0.5 tspturmeric
- 1 tspcoriander powder
- 0.5 tspgaram masala
- 80 mlcoconut milk (light)
- 15 mloil
- 10 gfresh coriander
- 1 to tastesalt
Instructions
- Heat oil; sautรฉ onion until golden. Add garlic-ginger paste; cook 2 min.
- Add tomato, chilli, turmeric, coriander powder; cook until oil separates.
- Add prawns; toss to coat. Cook 3โ4 min until pink.
- Pour in coconut milk; simmer 3 min. Add garam masala.
- Garnish with coriander. Serve with rice or chapati.
