Ingredients
- 600 gchicken breast, cut in bite-size pieces
- 60 glow-fat yogurt
- 2 tspred chilli powder
- 0.5 tspturmeric
- 1 tspgaram masala
- 15 ggarlic and ginger paste
- 20 gcornflour
- 10 wholefresh curry leaves
- 2 wholegreen chilli, slit
- 30 mloil for shallow frying
- 1 to tastesalt
Instructions
- Mix yogurt, chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, garlic-ginger paste, cornflour, and salt.
- Marinate chicken at least 30 min (or overnight).
- Shallow-fry chicken in hot oil in batches 5โ6 min until crispy and cooked through.
- In the remaining oil, fry curry leaves and green chilli 30 seconds.
- Toss chicken with tempered curry leaves; serve immediately.
