- Greek yogurt (plain)
- mayonnaise
- dry ranch seasoning
- Dijon mustard
- smoked paprika (for garnish)
- fresh chives, snipped
- salt and pepper
Ingredients
- 12 whole eggs
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt (plain)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dry ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, snipped
- 0.25 tsp salt and pepper
Instructions
- Hard-boil eggs: cover with cold water, bring to boil, simmer 10–12 min. Ice bath immediately.
- Peel and halve eggs. Pop yolks into a bowl.
- Mash yolks with Greek yogurt, mayo, ranch seasoning, Dijon, salt, and pepper.
- Pipe or spoon filling back into egg whites.
- Garnish with smoked paprika and fresh chives.
- Refrigerate until serving.
