- 600 gchicken thighs (bone-in)
- 120 gcassava flour (farofa)
- 25 gbutter
- 1 mediumonion
- 3 piecegarlic cloves
- 1 pieceegg (for farofa)
- 20 mllime juice
- 5 gpaprika
- 6 gsalt
- 15 gparsley
Ingredients
- 600 g chicken thighs (bone-in)
- 120 g cassava flour (farofa)
- 25 g butter
- 1 medium onion
- 3 piece garlic cloves
- 1 piece egg (for farofa)
- 20 ml lime juice
- 5 g paprika
- 6 g salt
- 15 g parsley
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in lime, garlic, paprika, and salt for 30 minutes.
- Grill chicken over medium-high heat, 8-10 minutes per side.
- For farofa: melt butter in a pan, sauté onion until golden.
- Add cassava flour and toast 5 minutes stirring constantly.
- Push flour to side, scramble egg into center, fold into farofa. Season and add parsley.
