- 30 mllime juice
- 15 mlolive oil
- 2 gsea salt
- 1 gchilli flakes

- 1 whole mango
- 0.5 whole red onion
- 15 g coriander
- 30 ml lime juice
- 15 ml olive oil
- 2 g sea salt
- 1 g chilli flakes
Instructions
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Brush barramundi with olive oil and season with salt and chilli flakes.
- Dice mango, red onion, coriander; toss with lime juice for salsa.
