Ingredients
- 150 ghoney-roast ham slices
- 60 gmature Cheddar
- 2 wholehard-boiled eggs
- 1 mediumapple
- 6 piecespickled onions
- 2 tbspBranston pickle
- 8 pieceswholegrain crackers
- 1mixed salad leaves
- 1 tspEnglish mustard
Ingredients
- 150 g honey-roast ham slices
- 60 g mature Cheddar
- 2 whole hard-boiled eggs
- 1 medium apple
- 6 pieces pickled onions
- 2 tbsp Branston pickle
- 8 pieces wholegrain crackers
- handful mixed salad leaves
- 1 tsp English mustard
Instructions
- Hard boil eggs, cool and halve.
- Slice apple into wedges, Cheddar into chunks.
- Arrange all components on a wide bowl or board.
- Add mustard and pickle on the side.
- Serve as a sharing platter or individual bowl.
