Ingredients
- 250 grolled oats
- 50 gvanilla whey protein
- 80 gpeanut butter
- 60 ghoney
- 40 gcoconut oil
- 1 ripebanana
- 30 gdark chocolate chips
- 1 pinchpinch of salt
Ingredients
- 250 g rolled oats
- 50 g vanilla whey protein
- 80 g peanut butter
- 60 g honey
- 40 g coconut oil
- 1 ripe banana
- 30 g dark chocolate chips
- 1 pinch pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven 170°C. Mash banana. Melt peanut butter, honey and coconut oil together.
- Stir in banana, oats, protein powder and salt.
- Press into lined 20cm tin. Scatter chocolate chips.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden at edges but soft in centre.
- Cool completely in tin before cutting into 10 bars.
