Ingredients

  • 500 gchicken breast
  • 100 gGreek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsptikka masala paste
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 2 largeflatbreads
  • 0.5 piececucumber
  • 2 tbspmint
  • 0.5 piecered onion
  • 1fresh coriander
  • 2 pieceslemon wedges
  • 1 tspchilli sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 100 g Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 large flatbreads
  • 0.5 piece cucumber
  • 2 tbsp mint
  • 0.5 piece red onion
  • handful fresh coriander
  • 2 pieces lemon wedges
  • 1 tsp chilli sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix half the yoghurt with tikka paste and lemon. Cube chicken, marinate 15 minutes.
  2. Thread on skewers. Grill or griddle 6 minutes each side.
  3. Grate cucumber, mix with remaining yoghurt and mint for raita.
  4. Warm flatbreads.
  5. Fill with chicken, raita, sliced red onion, coriander and chilli. Add lemon juice.
