- 600 gchicken breasts, butterflied
- 3 unitseggs
- 150 gbreadcrumbs
- 5 ggarlic powder
- 5 gsalt
- 300 gtomatoes
- 80 gwhite onion
- 2 unitsserrano chile
- 15 gcilantro
- 2 unitslime
- 250 mlvegetable oil
Ingredients

- 3 units eggs
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- 5 g garlic powder
- 5 g salt
- 300 g tomatoes
- 80 g white onion
- 2 units serrano chile
- 15 g cilantro
- 2 units lime
- 250 ml vegetable oil
Instructions
- Pound chicken thin, season with salt, garlic powder and pepper.
- Dip in beaten egg then seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Fry at 175°C until golden, about 3 min per side.
- Make pico de gallo: dice tomato, onion, serrano, cilantro; dress with lime.
- Serve milanesa with pico de gallo and extra lime.
