- ground beef (80/20)
- bacon strips, cooked
- avocado, diced
- iceberg lettuce, shredded
- dill pickles, sliced
- cheddar cheese, shredded
- cherry tomatoes, halved
- mayonnaise
- ketchup (low-sugar)
- mustard
- salt and pepper
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 6 whole bacon strips, cooked
- 2 whole avocado, diced
- 4 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 0.5 cup dill pickles, sliced
- 0.5 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup (low-sugar)
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
Instructions
- Season beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Cook patties in a hot skillet 4–5 min per side. Top with cheddar in last minute.
- Make special sauce: mix mayo, ketchup, and mustard.
- Build bowls: shredded lettuce base, then crumble or chop the patty.
- Add bacon, avocado, pickles, and tomatoes.
- Drizzle generously with special sauce.
