Ingredients
- 400 grigatoni or penne
- 400 glean beef mince
- 250 gricotta
- 200 gmozzarella diced
- 500 mltomato passata
- 60 ggrated Parmesan
- 20 mlolive oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta al dente; drain.
- Brown beef; add passata; simmer 20 min.
- Mix pasta with meat sauce; layer half in oiled baking dish.
- Dollop ricotta; add mozzarella; top with remaining pasta.
- Scatter Parmesan; bake 200°C 25 min until golden.
