Ingredients

  • 400 grigatoni or penne
  • 400 glean beef mince
  • 250 gricotta
  • 200 gmozzarella diced
  • 500 mltomato passata
  • 60 ggrated Parmesan
  • 20 mlolive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta al dente; drain.
  2. Brown beef; add passata; simmer 20 min.
  3. Mix pasta with meat sauce; layer half in oiled baking dish.
  4. Dollop ricotta; add mozzarella; top with remaining pasta.
  5. Scatter Parmesan; bake 200°C 25 min until golden.
