Ingredients

  • eggs
  • Greek yogurt (plain)
  • mayonnaise
  • dry ranch seasoning
  • Dijon mustard
  • smoked paprika (for garnish)
  • fresh chives, snipped
  • salt and pepper

Ingredients

  • 12 whole eggs
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 tsp smoked paprika (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, snipped
  • 0.25 tsp salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Hard-boil eggs: cover with cold water, bring to boil, simmer 10–12 min. Ice bath immediately.
  2. Peel and halve eggs. Pop yolks into a bowl.
  3. Mash yolks with Greek yogurt, mayo, ranch seasoning, Dijon, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pipe or spoon filling back into egg whites.
  5. Garnish with smoked paprika and fresh chives.
  6. Refrigerate until serving.
