Ingredients
- 500 gchicken breast
- 250 gokra (sliced)
- 2 mediumtomatoes
- 1 mediumonion
- 3 piecegarlic cloves
- 10 mlolive oil
- 20 mllime juice
- 5 gsalt
- 3 gpaprika
- 15 gparsley
- 150 mlwater
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast
- 250 g okra (sliced)
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 3 piece garlic cloves
- 10 ml olive oil
- 20 ml lime juice
- 5 g salt
- 3 g paprika
- 15 g parsley
- 150 ml water
Instructions
- Soak okra in lime juice and salt 10 minutes. Rinse well.
- Season chicken breast with salt and paprika. Sear in olive oil 3 min per side.
- Remove chicken. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add tomatoes and water. Return chicken, cover and cook 15 minutes.
- Add okra and cook 8 minutes uncovered. Garnish with parsley.
