Ingredients
- 600 gchicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 600 gsweet potato, peeled and cubed
- 1 wholeonion, diced
- 2 wholetomato, diced
- 3 wholegarlic cloves, minced
- 50 glow-fat cream cheese
- 15 mlolive oil
- 1 to tastesalt, pepper, cumin
Instructions
- Boil sweet potato until tender; mash with cream cheese and season. Set aside.
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add tomato and cook 5 min.
- Add shredded chicken; season with salt, pepper, cumin. Cook 5 min.
- Spread chicken mixture in baking dish; top with sweet potato purée.
- Bake at 200°C for 20 min until top is lightly golden.
