Ingredients

  • 200 gbeef mince
  • 100 gpork mince
  • 30 gbreadcrumbs
  • 1 wholeegg
  • 500 mltomato passata
  • 2 wholehard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 40 ggreen olives
  • 3 wholegarlic cloves
  • 2 gdried oregano
  • 15 mlolive oil

Ingredients

  • 200 g beef mince
  • 100 g pork mince
  • 30 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 whole egg
  • 500 ml tomato passata
  • 2 whole hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 40 g green olives
  • 3 whole garlic cloves
  • 2 g dried oregano
  • 15 ml olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, egg, and oregano; form 12 meatballs.
  2. Brown in olive oil; remove.
  3. Sauté garlic; add passata and simmer 10 min.
  4. Return meatballs; add olives and hard-boiled eggs.
  5. Simmer 20 min covered.
  6. Serve with pasta or crusty bread.
