Pulled Pork Yorkshire Pudding Wrap

Ingredients

  • 300 gpulled pork shoulder (pre-cooked)
  • 100 gplain flour
  • 2 wholeeggs
  • 100 mlmilk
  • 1 mediumapple
  • 100 gred cabbage
  • 1 tbspcider vinegar
  • 1 tspEnglish mustard
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil
  • 2 tbspBBQ sauce

Ingredients

  • 300 g pulled pork shoulder (pre-cooked)
  • 100 g plain flour
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 medium apple
  • 100 g red cabbage
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp English mustard
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 220°C. Put 1 tsp oil in two large oven dishes and heat until smoking.
  2. Whisk flour, eggs and milk to smooth batter. Pour into hot dishes.
  3. Bake 18 minutes without opening oven until puffed and golden.
  4. Shred cabbage and apple, toss with vinegar and seasoning for slaw.
  5. Warm pulled pork with BBQ sauce.
  6. Fill Yorkshires immediately with pork and slaw. Drizzle mustard and serve.
