- 2 tbspmint jelly
- 2 sprigsfresh rosemary
- 2 clovesgarlic
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 1 tbsplemon juice
- 1 tspDijon mustard
- 1salt and pepper

- 4 large lamb chops
- 2 tbsp mint jelly
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Mix mint jelly, mustard, lemon juice, crushed garlic and oil for glaze.
- Score fat on chops, season with salt and pepper.
- Brush half the glaze on chops.
- Grill or griddle on high heat 4 minutes each side.
- Brush remaining glaze on in last minute. Rest 3 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary.
