  • 600 gchicken breasts, butterflied
  • 3 unitseggs
  • 150 gbreadcrumbs
  • 5 ggarlic powder
  • 5 gsalt
  • 300 gtomatoes
  • 80 gwhite onion
  • 2 unitsserrano chile
  • 15 gcilantro
  • 2 unitslime
  • 250 mlvegetable oil

Ingredients

  • 3 units eggs
  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • 5 g garlic powder
  • 5 g salt
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 80 g white onion
  • 2 units serrano chile
  • 15 g cilantro
  • 2 units lime
  • 250 ml vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken thin, season with salt, garlic powder and pepper.
  2. Dip in beaten egg then seasoned breadcrumbs.
  3. Fry at 175°C until golden, about 3 min per side.
  4. Make pico de gallo: dice tomato, onion, serrano, cilantro; dress with lime.
  5. Serve milanesa with pico de gallo and extra lime.
