- 700 gthin-cut beef steaks
- 400 gtomatoes
- 3 unitsjalapeño chiles
- 200 gwhite onion
- 3 clovesgarlic
- 30 mlvegetable oil
- 5 gsalt and pepper
- 8 unitscorn tortillas

- 700 g thin-cut beef steaks
- 400 g tomatoes
- 3 units jalapeño chiles
- 200 g white onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- 5 g salt and pepper
- 8 units corn tortillas
Instructions
- Pound steaks thin, season with salt and pepper.
- Sear steaks over very high heat 1-2 min per side, set aside.
- Sauté sliced onion and jalapeño until softened.
- Add diced tomato and garlic, cook 5 min.
- Return steaks and any juices, stir to coat in tomato mixture.
- Simmer together 3 min, serve with warm tortillas.
