  • 300 glarge shrimp (peeled)
  • 3 unitgarlic cloves
  • 60 mlwhite wine
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 3 tbspfresh parsley
  • 0.5 tspchili flakes
  • 1 tspolive oil
  • 1salt and pepper

  • 3 unit garlic cloves
  • 60 ml white wine
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic and chili in olive oil 1 minute.
  2. Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes per side. Add wine and cook 2 minutes.
  3. Squeeze lemon, add parsley, season. Serve with crusty bread or over pasta.
