- 150 gricotta
- 100 gGreek yogurt 0%
- 25 gvanilla protein powder
- 80 mlespresso (cold)
- 4 unitsavoiardi (ladyfinger biscuits)
- 1 tbspcocoa powder
- 1 tsphoney
- 10 gdark chocolate (85%)
Ingredients

- 100 g Greek yogurt 0%
- 25 g vanilla protein powder
- 80 ml espresso (cold)
- 4 unit savoiardi (ladyfinger biscuits)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp honey
- 10 g dark chocolate (85%)
Instructions
- Blend ricotta, yogurt, protein powder, and honey until silky.
- Briefly dip ladyfingers in cold espresso. Lay in base of glasses.
- Spoon ricotta cream over. Dust with cocoa and grate dark chocolate. Chill 1 hour.
