- 50 gprosciutto crudo
- 6 leavesfresh sage
- 2 unitgarlic cloves
- 60 mlwhite wine
- 1 tspolive oil

- 50 g prosciutto crudo
- 6 leaves fresh sage
- 2 unit garlic cloves
- 60 ml white wine
- 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions
- Lay sage leaves on prosciutto slices. Wrap the tenderloin tightly. Season with pepper.
- Sear wrapped tenderloin in olive oil 2 minutes per side. Add garlic.
- Add white wine, cover, and cook on low 15 minutes until internal temp reaches 65°C. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
