Ingredients
- 600 gwhite fish fillets (basa or cod)
- 80 ggram flour (besan)
- 5 gajwain (carom seeds)
- 20 gginger garlic paste
- 6 gred chilli powder
- 20 mllemon juice
- 40 mloil for shallow frying
Instructions
- Cut fish into chunks; marinate with ginger-garlic, lemon, chilli, ajwain, salt 30 min.
- Coat in gram flour batter; rest 5 min.
- Shallow-fry in hot oil 4 min per side until crisp.
- Drain on paper; serve with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
