Ingredients
- 800 gchicken thighs bone-in
- 300 gbasmati rice
- 200 gplain yoghurt
- 3 wholeonions thinly sliced fried
- 20 gbiryani masala
- 1 gsaffron strands
- 50 mlwarm milk
- 30 gghee
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in yoghurt, masala, salt 2h.
- Parboil rice 70%; drain.
- Cook marinated chicken in pot 20 min.
- Layer rice over chicken; pour saffron milk; dot with ghee.
- Seal pot with foil; dum cook on low 25 min.
