Ingredients

  • 700 glamb shoulder diced
  • 6 wholeonions
  • 25 gginger garlic paste
  • 2 wholetomatoes chopped
  • 10 gwhole spices (bay, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon)
  • 10 gcoriander powder
  • 100 gplain yoghurt
  • 30 mlghee

Instructions

  1. Fry 3 onions golden in ghee; add whole spices; add ginger-garlic.
  2. Add lamb; brown well; stir in tomatoes and yoghurt.
  3. Add coriander, salt; simmer covered 40 min.
  4. Add remaining 3 onions cut into wedges; cook 15 min uncovered.
  5. Garnish with garam masala; serve with naan.
