Ingredients
- 700 glamb shoulder diced
- 6 wholeonions
- 25 gginger garlic paste
- 2 wholetomatoes chopped
- 10 gwhole spices (bay, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon)
- 10 gcoriander powder
- 100 gplain yoghurt
- 30 mlghee
Instructions
- Fry 3 onions golden in ghee; add whole spices; add ginger-garlic.
- Add lamb; brown well; stir in tomatoes and yoghurt.
- Add coriander, salt; simmer covered 40 min.
- Add remaining 3 onions cut into wedges; cook 15 min uncovered.
- Garnish with garam masala; serve with naan.
