Ingredients

  • 900 gchicken breast, cubed
  • 30 gfresh mint leaves
  • 30 gfresh coriander
  • 3 wholegreen chillies
  • 150 glow-fat Greek yogurt
  • 20 ggarlic and ginger paste
  • 20 mllemon juice
  • 5 ggaram masala
  • 10 mloil
  • 1 to tastesalt

Instructions

  1. Blend mint, coriander, and green chillies with a splash of water to a smooth green paste.
  2. Mix green paste with yogurt, garlic-ginger paste, lemon juice, garam masala, oil, and salt.
  3. Coat chicken cubes in marinade; refrigerate at least 30 min (or overnight for deeper flavour).
  4. Thread onto skewers. Grill under a high broiler or on a BBQ 8โ€“10 min, turning once, until slightly charred.
  5. Serve with mint chutney, sliced onions, and lemon wedges.
